Plan and Prepare your visit

Our counselor will discuss with you by phone/ mail about all details related to your relocation. They will advise you on all the steps necessary, establish what you would need from the moment you arrive in Bucharest, arrange your accommodations at a hotel or a short- term apartment. Per each customer specifications meetings will be scheduled with Romanian companies pending the client’s arrival.
Until customer’s arrival communication with Regatta’s representative will be continuous by phone/ e- mail/ fax.      top»

Arrival and Orientation Day

The customer and his family will be picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel/ short-term apartment. After installing them in their new accommodations, the counselor will spend time discussing all aspects of his visit and the orientation is starting. An informational package will be made available to the client containing all pertinent information about his relocation (schedule, maps, helpful phone contacts, and companies of interest information, etc), information about Bucharest, customer’s points of interest, different other aspects.      top»

City Tour – areas of interest

Tour of the city and of it’s interesting areas – tourist and otherwise. Familiarizing the customer with the city, with the locations he shown interest in depending on the future place of work, etc.      top»

House Hunting Day (up to 20 offers)

The counselor will assist the customer in visiting up to 10 properties for rent that the customer have chosen from Regatta’s portfolio or its partners. Detailed discussions with the counselor in order to choose the best offers and to start the lease process.      top»

Relocation Counseling and Settling - In Services

Counselor will attend and assist customer in all other aspects of his relocation: accompany on scheduled meetings and visits to local schools, car rental company and/ or car dealerships, bank and/ or other utilities companies, etc. The counselor will research the companies for the customer and will act as a translator where and when is needed.
Counselor will start negotiate the Lease Agreement and all the clauses specific to the customer’s situation. Personalized settling- in services will be available as per customer needs and wishes.      top»

Lease Agreement Finalizing

The counselor will assist you in finalizing and signing the Lease Agreement, taking over the property and making sure all utilities are in function and will advise you until all matters related to the relocation process are finalized.      top»

30 Days Phone Assistance

Your counselor will advise you in matters related to your adjustment in your new home, and in Bucharest for a period of 60 days. Assistance will be done by phone/ e-mail.      top»
